What’s included in CHL Business?
The full CHL business toolkit: your Business Page, website tools, shop tools, services and bookings, events, rentals, subscriptions, menus and publishing, CHL Explore eligibility and your vendor dashboard. Selling through the CHL checkout is the optional Activate Selling add-on.
What’s the difference between Web Presence and CHL Business?
Web Presence (£5.99/month) is a simplified, single-page Business Page plus your listing in the CHL directory — made for being found. CHL Business (£30/month) is the full toolkit: website or full Business Page, bookings, services, memberships, events, publishing, 30 commercial listings and 5 GB media storage.
Do I have to pay extra to sell?
Selling through the CHL checkout is an optional +£8/month add-on on CHL Business — together £38/month. You switch it on from your dashboard when you’re ready, and you can switch it off again. It’s never a requirement.
How much media storage is included?
CHL Business includes 5 GB, for the images you use to present and promote your business. It’s separate from your commercial listing allowance. Uploads are optimised automatically. Your storage total isn’t enforced at upload today; when usage reporting reaches your dashboard you’ll see how much you’re using before any limit applies.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes to both, from Plan & Billing in your vendor dashboard once you’re signed in. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for — nothing is switched off early. Membership payments are non-refundable once paid, except where the law requires otherwise.
What is the Founding Rate?
A preferential membership rate for businesses joining during CHL’s Founding Vendor programme. It’s protected for as long as your membership stays active, and your place is secured when your first membership payment settles. Founding places are limited.
