Yes. You can cancel from your vendor dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active
until the end of the period you’ve already paid for — nothing is switched off early.
Can I change plan?
Yes. Once you’re signed in, plan changes are handled from your vendor dashboard.
What counts toward the listing allowance?
Your allowance counts the listings you own that are eligible to appear on CHL Explore — products, services, bookable offerings, events and subscriptions — whether they’re live or still in draft. Rentals don’t count toward your allowance.
What happens to my Founding Rate if I cancel?
Your Founding Vendor Rate is protected while your subscription remains active —
and if you cancel, reactivating within 3 months restores it.
Do I need an existing website?
No. Every plan includes your CHL Business Page — a full web presence you build
and edit inside CHL, with no separate website needed.
